"Nueva Segovia is about a revolution brought about by the collapse of trade throughout the Empire and recent assassinations within the capital. Told from the point of view of Natasha Reyes, a young political journalist, who uncovers a government conspiracy about the existence of items of power know as Relics, forged during the Empire's dark past"

Giovanni Valderama y Real- coproprietor of the La Tabacalera Real tobacco company and half brother of Elector Frederico Real de Ylocandia, Magistrado de Segovia (deceased)
Javier Real- Frederico Real's brother and minister of the Segovian house of commons.
